My first thoughts were just a typical F100 but this is not the case, she has a Crown Vic front suspension that offers you the comfort of power steering as well!
 
The interior is well kept and was tastefully redone, she has been painted in her life and the chrome blacked out, she is finished in classic American style mag rims that suit her well.
